Energy Harbor reclaims months of lost time and revenue after transitioning to Enerex.
The Situation
In January of 2020 Enerex connected with Cheri Xeros, Director of Operations at Energy Harbor. Enerex’s team found that Energy Harbor had recently entered a relationship with [Enerex’s competitor] and commissioned the competitor to build a commission statement generation platform to support deals that included: (a) mass market, (b) Retail/Tabletop, (c) multi-broker deals, (d) upfront payments, and (e) tracking earned amounts.
After giving [Enerex’s competitor] two previous chances to fulfill their overpromises, Ms. Xeros and her team in March of 2021 decided to give the competitor one final chance.
Ms. Xeros kept in touch with Enerex’s team throughout her time with [Enerex’s competitor] regarding her frustrations. Enerex acquired the CRAFT platform in July of 2021 and welcomed Energy Harbor to the commission management platform in January of 2022 after facing stacks of overpromises.
The Comeback
Coming from [Enerex’s competitor] with piles of questions and a record of disappointment, Energy Harbor’s team began the transition to the CRAFT platform.

As Energy Harbor’s journey continued in pursuit of a repeatable, accurate, and efficient Commission Reconciliation Process, they brought in corporate consultants to ensure what happened with [Enerex’s competitor] didn’t occur again.
Enerex’s team welcomed the outside resources and continued to act as a guide for Energy Harbor’s stakeholders and consultants to ensure optimal efficiency. Upon further developments, Energy Harbor’s team found a need for additional functionality within CRAFT, and Enerex’s team worked diligently to exceed their expectations.
